Percentage of Wholesale Power Rate. The District shall pay the Producer for the energy delivered those sums calculated pursuant to the formula set forth in the District’s Policy for SNAP Generation Within Chelan County PUD’s Service Territory attached hereto and incorporated herein. Payment shall only be made for actual deliveries of energy. Payments shall be made pursuant to Section 12 hereof. This payment is subject to change based on refunds the District may be required to pay to others. a. Producers that are net-metered do not receive the Wholesale Power Rate but instead receive a kWh credit for their production according to the District’s Net Metering Policy.

  • Determination of One-Month LIBOR Pursuant to the terms of the Global Agency Agreement, the Global Agent shall calculate the Class Coupons for the applicable Classes of Notes (including MAC Notes on which the Exchange Administrator has directed the Global Agent to make payments) for each Accrual Period (after the first Accrual Period) on the applicable LIBOR Adjustment Date. U.S. dollar deposits with a maturity of one month set by ICE Benchmark Administration Limited (“ICE”) as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the LIBOR Adjustment Date (the “ICE Method”). ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates are currently displayed on Bloomberg L.P.’s page “BBAM.” That page, or any other page that may replace page BBAM on that service or any other service that ICE nominates as the information vendor to display the ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates for deposits in U.S. dollars, is a “Designated Page.” ICE’s Interest Settlement Rates currently are rounded to five decimal places. If ICE’s Interest Settlement Rate does not appear on the Designated Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on a LIBOR Adjustment Date, or if the Designated Page is not then available, One-Month LIBOR for that date will be the most recently published Interest Settlement Rate. If ICE no longer sets an Interest Settlement Rate, Xxxxxxx Mac will designate an alternative index that has performed, or that Xxxxxxx Mac (or its agent) expects to perform, in a manner substantially similar to ICE’s Interest Settlement Rate.

  • Federal Funds Effective Rate For any day, the rate per annum (rounded upward to the nearest one-hundredth of one percent (1/100 of 1%)) announced by the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland on such day as being the weighted average of the rates on overnight federal funds transactions arranged by federal funds brokers on the previous trading day, as computed and announced by such Federal Reserve Bank in substantially the same manner as such Federal Reserve Bank computes and announces the weighted average it refers to as the “Federal Funds Effective Rate.”

  • Interest Rates and Letter of Credit Fee Rates Payments and Calculations (a) Interest Rates. Except as provided in Section 2.13(c) and Section 2.15(a), all Obligations (except for the undrawn portion of the face amount of Letters of Credit) that have been charged to the Loan Account pursuant to the terms hereof shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) the LIBOR Rate plus the Applicable Margin, or (ii) the maximum rate of interest allowed by applicable laws; provided, that following notice to Borrower in accordance with Section 2.15(a) hereof, all Obligations that have been charged to the Loan Account pursuant to the terms hereof shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal, during the duration of the circumstances described in Section 2.15(a), to the lesser of (A) the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin as calculated pursuant to Section 2.15(a) or (B) the maximum rate of interest allowable by applicable laws.

  • Business Day Convention If the date on which any payment is due to be made under this Agreement shall occur on a day on which is not a Business Day, such payment shall be made in accordance with the Business Day Convention as specified in the Notes or the Indenture.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

  • Times of Day; Rates Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall be references to Eastern time (daylight or standard, as applicable).   • Spares/bunkers, etc The Sellers shall deliver the Vessel to the Buyers with everything belonging to her on board and on shore including all Owners’ supply items as per the Shipbuilding Contract. All spare parts and spare equipment including spare tail-end shaft(s) and/or spare propeller(s)/propeller blade(s), if any, belonging to the Vessel at the time of delivery used or unused, whether on board or not shall become the Buyers’ property, but spares on order are to be excluded. Forwarding charges, if any, shall be for the Buyers’ account. The Sellers are not required to replace spare parts including spare tail-end shaft(s) and spare propeller(s)/propeller blade(s) which are taken out of spare and used as replacement prior to delivery, but the replaced items shall be the property of the Buyers. The radio installation and navigational equipment shall be included in the sale without extra payment. Unused stores and provisions shall be included in the sale and be taken over by the Buyers without extra payment. The Sellers have the right to take ashore crockery, plates, cutlery, linen and other articles bearing the Sellers’ flag or name, provided they replace same with similar unmarked items. Library, forms, etc., exclusively for use in the Sellers’ vessel(s), shall be excluded without compensation. Captain’s, Officers’ and Crew’s personal belongings including the slop chest are to be excluded from the sale, as well as the following additional items (including items on hire): The Buyers shall take over the remaining bunkers and unused lubricating oils/greases on board at the time of delivery and pay the Sellers’ net price (excluding barging expenses) from the time of supply. Lubricating oils to be those in sealed drums and/or designated storage tanks not having been used or circulated in the vessel’s machinery. Payment under this Clause shall be made at the same time and place and in the same currency as the Purchase Price.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.
