PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest percentage ratio applicable for the Proposed JV, pursuant to Chapter 10 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 8.5%. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of MPC and/or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Proposed JV.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. Based on the Provisional Total Project Sum, the highest percentage ratio for the Proposed Construction pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements exceeds 100% based on the latest audited financial statements of MRCB for the financial year ended 31 December 2017.

PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest aggregate percentage ratio applicable to the Proposals is approximately 10.60% pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Transaction pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities is 2.16% based on the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2017. Hence, this announcement is made by the Company on a voluntary basis.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the transaction pursuant to Rule 10.02(g) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”) is 22.40%.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. Based on the audited consolidated financial statements of the DBhd Group for the FYE 31 December 2015 and pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements, the highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposals is more than 100%.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. Based on the provisional PDP Fees and the Reimbursables, the highest percentage ratio for the Proposed PDP Contract pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements is 7.77% based on the latest audited financial statements of MRCB for the financial year ended 31 December 2015.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest percentage ratio applicable for the Privatisation Agreement, pursuant to Chapter 10 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities is 7.12%.
PERCENTAGE RATIOS. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Disposal pursuant to paragraph 10.02 (g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 15.01%, based on the latest audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 January 2023.
