PERCENTAGE RATIO. The Company was unable to compute the relevant percentage ratio pursuant to Rule 10.02(g) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as the estimated cost to be committed by XOX pursuant to the Proposed Joint Venture was unquantifiable at this juncture. XOX contribution to the Proposed Joint Venture is on the connectivity of the machines for the media platform. While the media platform is owned by DGB Networks and the net profit derived from it is a 50/50 split in exchange for the connectivity of the machines. The quantum of this is not calculatable now as XOX are unable to forecast based on the rate of deployment, amount of data transmission and content transfer.
