Common use of Performance and Coordination Clause in Contracts

Performance and Coordination. The Design Services provided by the Trade Contractor, or through a design professional Consultant that Trade Contractor retains to fulfill its obligations under the Trade Contract Agreement, shall be performed in strict accordance with all provisions of the Act. Trade Contractor shall coordinate and integrate the Design Services with the Architect, Construction Manager and other Trade Contractors and Vendors to allow the Construction Manager, Vendors, and Trade Contractors to complete their work.
