Common use of Performance and Salary Review Clause in Contracts

Performance and Salary Review. Employee’s supervisor, or in the absence of a supervisor, the Board of Directors, will periodically review Employee’s performance on no less than an annual basis and will make adjustments to salary or other compensation in their sole discretion.
