Performance Assessment 6.1 The Performance Plan (Annexure A) to this Agreement sets out key performance indicators and competencies that needs to be evaluated in terms of –
INSERVICE TRAINING 649. The City agrees to institute inservice training for represented employees by mutual agreement. Training may include, but is not limited to, instruction that will qualify for required CE credits, certificate and license requirements as required for continued employment in the employee's current classification. Required attendance shall be considered a duty assignment for purposes of payment of salary.
