Performance by Subsidiaries. Each party agrees to cause its Subsidiaries to comply with any obligations hereunder relating to such Subsidiaries and to cause its Subsidiaries to take any other action which may be necessary or reasonably requested by the other party in order to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Performance by Subsidiaries. The Exchange Party may cause any one or more of its Subsidiaries to deliver Common Units or cash that the Exchange Party may be required to deliver hereunder. Such delivery shall constitute performance of the obligations of the Exchange Party to the same extent as delivery by the Exchange Party, but the ability of the Exchange Party to cause a Subsidiary to make such deliveries shall not relieve the Exchange Party of its obligation for such deliveries to be made.
Performance by Subsidiaries. Each party hereto agrees to cause its Subsidiaries to comply with any obligations hereunder relating to such Subsidiaries and to cause its Subsidiaries to take any other action which may be necessary or reasonably requested by the other parties hereto in order to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement; provided however, that this Section 13.13 shall not require any party to take any actions with respect to its Subsidiaries that would not be required by such party pursuant to Section 7.3.
Performance by Subsidiaries. All rights and obligations of a Party under or pursuant to this Agreement may be exercised, satisfied, met or fulfilled, in whole or in part, by such Party directly or, in the case of Distributor, by any Abbott Subsidiary and, in the case of Hospira, by any Hospira Subsidiary.

To the extent this Agreement requires performance by a subsidiary of AOL, AOL, in its capacity as stockholder of such subsidiary, shall cause such subsidiary to perform in accordance with this Agreement. Performance by Subsidiaries. ITC Holding agrees and acknowledges that ITC Holding shall be responsible for the performance of the obligations of each member of The ITC HOLDING GROUP hereunder applicable to such member. KNOLOGY agrees and acknowledges that KNOLOGY shall be responsible for the performance by each member of The KNOLOGY GROUP of the obligations hereunder applicable to such member.
Performance by Subsidiaries. (1) Zijin shall ensure that its Subsidiaries that are Parties to this Agreement, and any Subsidiaries or Affiliates of Zijin who become Parties to this Agreement as Permitted Transferees pursuant to Section 5.2 and who have agreed to be bound by this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.6 hereof, fulfil their covenants and obligations hereunder.
(2) Ivanhoe Mines shall ensure that any Subsidiaries or Affiliates of Ivanhoe Mines who become Parties to this Agreement as Permitted Transferees pursuant to Section 5.2 and who have agreed to be bound by this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.6 hereof, fulfill their covenants and obligations hereunder.
