PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS AND LIMITATIONS. The following technologies are utilized to deliver high speed Internet to PINE customers. Each Customer may qualify for one or more of the appropriate technologies depending on the Service location as determined by PINE. The network is in a revolving state of upgrade and the technologies available in various locations well change from time to time, as will the speeds available at a particular location or over a particular technology. Details regarding speeds, bandwidth limitations and pricing are available on the rate card available at PINE’s office.
