Performance Evaluation Results. Performance evaluation results may be utilized for promotion, transfer, demotion, or removal, and to improve performance levels of all employees. If the summary evaluation is not satisfactory the supervisor shall provide a plan of action, which includes identified areas of weakness, directions for improvement and assistance and any follow up timelines which will be provided to the unit member. Failure by the employee to show satisfactory improvement may be deemed just cause for dismissal.
