Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. No part-time member of the Bargaining Unit shall see benefits, which may be provided to other part-time teachers by the College, decrease as a result of acquiring membership in the HFCC-FT Bargaining Unit.
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. Any Bargaining Unit member covered under the scope of this agreement contracted to work less than 184 full days will:
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. Part-time bargaining unit members may elect to participate in the LTD program and the City will contribute a percentage of the premium amount equaling the bargaining unit member’s authorized position full-time equivalent (FTE) towards the selected coverage. The part-time bargaining unit member will be responsible for the balance of the premium through payroll deductions. If the part-time bargaining unit member does not select coverage, no cash payment will be made in lieu of the insurance. Part-time bargaining unit members will have a one time option to participate subject to certain provisions of the law.
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. The City shall offer combined dental and vision care insurance coverage for part-time bargaining unit members. Regular part-time bargaining unit members may elect to enroll in combined dental and vision care insurance pursuant to Article 21.2.1 above and the City will contribute a percentage of the premium equaling ninety-five percent (95%) of the bargaining unit member's authorized position full-time equivalency (FTE) towards the selected coverage. The regular part-time bargaining unit member will be responsible for the balance of the combined premium through payroll deductions. If the regular part-time bargaining unit member does not select coverage, no cash payment will be made in lieu of the insurance.
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. A. Definition-Part-time Bargaining Unit Members are those individuals who are employed by the Board to work less than the 7 1/2 hour day 184 days per school year as is set forth in Article XI of this Agreement.
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. Part-time bargaining unit members shall have the equivalent number of leave days as full-time members based upon their full-time equivalent (FTE) per day. (ie. A 0.6 FTE shall have eighteen 0.6 personal illness days)
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. A part-time Bargaining Unit Member is any Unit Member who has a regular assignment, which consists of less than eight (8) hours per day.
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. All part-time bargaining unit members shall have the district contribution to their health insurance premium prorated in direct and equal relationship to the full- time equivalent (FTE), (i.e. 0.6 FTE would receive 60% of the district payment of the premium for health insurance)
Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. Part-time bargaining unit members may elect to participate in health insurance plans, and the City will contribute a percentage of the amount equaling the bargaining unit member’s authorized position full-time equivalent (FTE) towards the selected coverage. The part-time bargaining unit member will be responsible for the balance of the premium through payroll deductions. If the part- time bargaining unit member does not select coverage, no cash payment will be made in lieu of the insurance. Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. A part time bargaining unit member is a bargaining unit member hired 3.5 hours or less per day or less than 90 days during the school year. Part time employees hired after July 1, 2006 are entitled to all of the benefits of the Master Contract at a pro-rated amount. The insurance eligibility is based upon the current plan document.
