Performance Evaluation Schedule. Performance evaluations shall be conducted in a timely fashion. For new employees, performance evaluations shall be conducted at the completion of 1040 regular work hours, twelve (12) months, and every twelve (12) months thereafter. The first performance evaluation for part-time employees shall be conducted at the prorated number of regular work hours equivalent to six (6) months of service. The City’s formal performance evaluation system is not intended to substitute for frequent and informal job performance communications between supervisors and employees.
