Performance Guarantee for Mandatory Project. 10.2.1 The Developer hereby confirms that it has duly provided the Performance Guarantee for Mandatory Project, being a bank guarantee in form set out in Schedule 19 (Performance Guarantee for Mandatory Project), and undertake to keep valid and effective (including through necessary extensions and/ or renewals and/ or reinstatements thereof) until expiry of six months beyond the date on which the last of the following obligations are completed:
