Common use of Performance Improvement Conversations Clause in Contracts

Performance Improvement Conversations. Following classroom observations, when deficiencies in performance are recognized, the supervisor will give informal verbal feedback, which are verbal recommendations for improvement. The purpose of such conversations is to encourage the employee to utilize a variety of strategies to improve performance. Both the supervisor and the employee shall identify additional strategies pursuant to TUSD policy regulation GCO as agreed by XXXX and TEA.
