Common use of Performance Incentive Payment Clause in Contracts

Performance Incentive Payment. ‌ All non-probationary bargaining unit employees shall be paid $300.00 annually provided they received a Meets Expectations/Valued Employee rating on their most recent annual performance evaluation or $450.00 provided they received an Exceeds Expectations on their most recent annual performance evaluation. Performance incentive payments shall be paid on or about the first day of December of each year with a regular paycheck. In case of the employee’s resignation with proper notice, death or retirement, the performance incentive payment shall be pro-rated with the amount based on the most recent annual performance evaluation on file.
