ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. Seller is a duly formed Economic Development Authority under Minn. Stat. §§ 469.090 et seq. and is in good standing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; Seller is duly qualified to transact business in the State of Minnesota; Seller has the requisite power and authority to enter into and perform this Agreement and those Seller’s Closing Documents signed by it; such documents have been duly authorized by all necessary action on the part of Seller and have been duly executed and delivered; the execution, delivery and performance by Seller of such documents do not conflict with or result in a violation of Seller’s enabling resolution, bylaws, rules of procedure, or any judgment, order or decree of any court or arbiter to which Seller is a party; and such documents are valid and binding obligations of Seller, enforceable in accordance with their terms.

  • Economic Development 1. The Parties aim to promote balanced economic growth, poverty reduction and the reduction of social-economic disparities.

In the event that a Faculty member develops and/or teaches a Distance Education course for the first time, the Faculty member shall receive reasonable and appropriate professional development and technical support assistance, consistent with the needs of the Faculty and availability of Board resources and services for that purpose. In instances of succeeding assignments to teach Distance Education courses, the Faculty member is expected to demonstrate a level of technical competence sufficient to teach the course. Ongoing technical support assistance may be available to Faculty who teach succeeding offerings of the same course.

  • Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.

  • Sustainable Development 4.1 The Authority will review the Contractor’s Sustainable Development Policy Statement and Sustainable Development Plan submitted by the Contractor in accordance with the Schedule (Sustainable Development Requirements) and then at least annually thereafter.

  • Development 3.3 Within twenty (20) Working Days after the Commencement Date and in accordance with paragraphs 3.10 to 3.12 (Amendment and Revision), the Contractor will prepare and deliver to the Authority for approval the full and final Security Plan which will be based on the draft Security Plan set out in Appendix B.
