Common use of Performance of Restoration Work Clause in Contracts

Performance of Restoration Work. In the event Lessee undertakes any Restoration Work in accordance with the provisions of this Article, such Restoration Work by Lessee shall be substantially the same as possible to the condition that existed immediately prior to the damage, and shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of Article V applicable to the construction of any Leasehold Improvements. Lessor hereby acknowledges and agrees that Lessee’s obligations hereunder and the time periods set forth above are subject to Force Majeure, and reasonable extensions based on the severity of the damage.
