Performance Salary Adjustments. 17.1.3.1 Effective January 1, 1999, or the effective date of this agreement, whichever is later, the existing five percent (5%) Merit Salary Adjustment program shall be discontinued and replaced by Performance Salary Adjustments, except the current practice shall continue for seasonal employees.
