Percentage of new service recipients whose ADL assessment score has been maintained or improved; v. Percentage of new service recipients whose IADL assessment score has been maintained or improved; vi. Percentage of caregivers who, after service intervention, self-report being very confident about their ability to continue to provide care; and vii. Percentage of customers who are at imminent risk of nursing home placement who are served with community-based services.

Growth and development screening with Body Mass Index (BMI): a. By March 31st of each year for the duration of this contract, the Provider will provide growth and development screening with BMI to students in the 9th grade of Riverview High School and submit documentation to the Department per the most current School Health Coding Pamphlet, for entry into HMS. b. The Provider will refer and follow-up on students with abnormal growth and development screening results, and submit documentation of referrals and complete and incomplete referral outcomes to the Department per the most current School Health Coding Pamphlet, for entry into HMS.

Output 2 ( Improved capacity in collecting and analyzing forest resource and forest related information for SFM, XXXX monitoring and GHG reporting) is the result of the following activities during 2010-2011: 2.1 Analysis on expanded data needs, especially for drivers and monitoring of XXXX, and GHG reporting, containing recommendations to develop/enhance the research and methods to assess forest biomass and carbon. 2.2 Analysis on expanded data needs pertaining to socio-economic aspects such as gender and HIV/AIDS

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 12.1 Where the Employer is, any time during the Employee’s employment, not satisfied with the Employee’s performance with respect to any matter dealt with in this Agreement, the Employer will give notice to the Employee to attend a meeting; 12.2 The Employee will have the opportunity at the meeting to satisfy the Employer of the measures being taken to ensure that his performance becomes satisfactory and any programme, including any dates, for implementing these measures; 12.3 Where there is a dispute or difference as to the performance of the Employee under this Agreement, the Parties will confer with a view to resolving the dispute or difference; and 12.4 In the case of unacceptable performance, the Employer shall – 12.4.1 Provide systematic remedial or developmental support to assist the Employee to improve his performance; and 12.4.2 After appropriate performance counselling and having provided the necessary guidance and/or support as well as reasonable time for improvement in performance, the Employer may consider steps to terminate the contract of employment of the Employee on grounds of unfitness or incapacity to carry out his or her duties.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case. 2. Nothing in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall affect the fulfilment of wider obligations with respect to the arbitration of unresolved issues arising in the context of a mutual agreement procedure resulting from other conventions to which the Contracting States are or will become parties.”.

  • PRODUCTIVITY The Union shall place no limitations upon the amount of work which an Employee shall perform during the working day and there shall be no restrictions imposed against the use of any type of machinery, tools or labour saving devices.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

  • Traceability 11.1 Under the terms of this Agreement, Supplier shall have and operate a process to ensure that all Products, sub-assemblies and the components contained therein supplied to the Buyer are completely Traceable back to manufacturer by batch or lot or date code. 11.2 Further Supplier hereby agrees, unless directed otherwise by the Buyer, to procure components through franchised distributors or direct component Suppliers. Supplier agrees to indemnify and hold the Buyer harmless from and against all costs and expenses for the removal, repair or replacement and reinstallation of counterfeit components incorporated into a Product sold by Supplier to the Buyer where the counterfeit component was procured by Supplier from a person or entity other than a franchised distributor or direct component Supplier or other person or entity pre-approved by the Buyer in writing.

  • Cooperation of the Parties The Seller undertakes to notify the Buyer of any obstacles on his part, which may negatively influence proper and timely delivery of the Equipment.
