Performance Specifications. A. The Department shall not exercise control over Contractor by overseeing the actual work or instructing Contractor as to how the work will be performed; however the Department reserves the right to evaluate the quality of Contractor’s work as an interpreter in whatever manner deemed best by the Department. B. Contractor shall perform the services in accordance with the specifications contained in the “Colorado Judicial Department Code of Professional Responsibility for Interpreters” (Exhibit B) and “Chief Justice Directive 06-03, Amended May 2016,” attached hereto as Exhibit C.
