PERFORMANCE STANDARD REPORTING. APS shall deliver the reports listed below to CHC and each of the HMO Subsidiaries showing APS's actual performance during the applicable period compared with the Performance Standards. APS shall prepare separate reports for each HMO Subsidiary and Operating Unit showing actual performance for that HMO Subsidiary or Operating Unit with respect to Performance Standards that can reasonably be measured separately.

PERFORMANCE STANDARD REPORTING. Customer may provide Contractor with monthly reports reflecting the Contractor's performance level with respect to the Performance Standards and may include notification of any failure by Contractor to meet applicable Performance Standards. In the event Contractor receives notice that it has failed to meet any applicable Performance Standard and Contractor believes that such failure is due to causes beyond the Contractor's control, Contractor shall provide documentation supporting such assertion to Customer within ten (10) days of Contractor's receipt of said notification. Customer shall review such documentation and determine in the exercise of reasonable judgment whether Contractor's failure to meet the applicable Performance Standard is excusable due to causes beyond the Contractor's control, with any such determination by Customer being final and binding upon Contractor.
PERFORMANCE STANDARD REPORTING. All numerical representations of performance standards need to be interpreted by the context of the standard and accompanying language. Absent any narrative, normal rounding and significant digit convention shall be used. If any inconsistencies exist for the performance standard throughout the contract, then the Order of Precedence – Uniform Contract Format shall apply (see FAR 52.215-8). Performance standards represented in dollars or units shall be rounded to the nearest dollar or unit using standard rounding conventions (round half up). G.3.1.1. For Government performance standards represented as percentages, each Contractor calculated performance standard percentage shall meet or exceed the respective G.3.1.2. To ensure consistent practices for rounding and reporting of performance standards stated as percentages, all Contractor performance standard calculations and reporting shall be completed as follows:

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Performance Reporting The State of California is required to submit the following financial reports to FEMA:

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Performance Standard The Department’s Grant Manager will review the documentation to verify that the deliverables have been completed as described above. Upon review and written acceptance by the Department’s Grant Manager, the Grantee may proceed with payment request submittal. Payment Request Schedule: The Grantee may submit a payment request for cost reimbursement no more frequently than monthly.

  • Registry Performance Specifications Registry Performance Specifications for operation of the TLD will be as set forth in Specification 10 attached hereto (“Specification 10”). Registry Operator shall comply with such Performance Specifications and, for a period of at least one (1) year, shall keep technical and operational records sufficient to evidence compliance with such specifications for each calendar year during the Term.

  • Performance Schedule The Parties will perform their respective responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Schedule. By executing this Agreement, Customer authorizes Motorola to proceed with contract performance.

  • EDD Independent Subrecipient Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients. An independent Subrecipient is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.   • Performance Requirements A. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work which will be ordered under this Contract. B. The total Contract amount will not exceed $4,900,000. C. This is a Contract for work specified in individual Job Orders. Work ordered prior to but not completed by the expiration of the Contract period, and any additional work required as a result of unforeseen conditions encountered during construction up to six (6) months after the contract expiration date, will be completed with all provisions of this Contract still in force. Performance time for each Job Order issued under this Contract will be determined in accordance with the Contract. This performance time will be determined and agreed upon by both Parties for each individual Job Order. Contractor must self-perform 20% of the Work under this Contract for ‘A’ and ‘B’ licenses. Contractor must self-perform 75% of the Work under this Contract, unless otherwise approved by the County, for ‘C’ licenses. D. This is an indefinite-quantity Contract for the supplies or services specified and effective for the period stated. Work or performance shall be made only as authorized by Job Orders issued in accordance with the ordering procedures clause. The Contractor agrees to furnish to the County when and if ordered, the supplies or services specified in the Contract up to and including the quantity designated in the Job Orders issued as the maximum designated in the Contract.
