Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.
Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations on or before the due date thereof, each Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment to be made.
Performance Under this Guaranty. If Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guaranteed Obligations on or before the due date thereof and after the expiration of the applicable notice and cure period, if any, or if Borrower shall fail, after the expiration of the applicable notice and cure period, if any, to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation, covenant or agreement referred to or contained in any instrument, writing, document or agreement relating to the Guaranteed Obligations, Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment to be made or each of such obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled to the extent such obligations constitute Guaranteed Obligations.
Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Guarantor becomes liable for any Guaranteed Obligations pursuant to Section 2 above, Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment to be made.
Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that any Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guaranteed Obligations on or before the due date thereof, or if any Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 hereof in the manner provided in the Loan Documents, each Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment to be made or each of such obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.
Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Indebtedness on or before the due date thereof, or perform, keep, observe or fulfill any obligation, agreement or covenant included in the Indebtedness on or before the due date thereof, Guarantor immediately shall cause such Indebtedness to by paid, performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled, as the case may be.
Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the date such payment is due and payable after expiration of any applicable grace period thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document after the expiration of any applicable grace or cure period, each Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled; provided, however that no Guarantor shall be required to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty if prohibited by law.
Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Client fails to make any payment of any Guarantied Obligations, on or prior to the due date thereof, or if Client shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 of this Guaranty in the manner provided in the Account Purchase Agreement or any of the Other Agreements, Guarantor immediately shall cause, as applicable, such payment in respect of the Guarantied Obligations to be made or such obligation to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.
Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guaranteed Obligations on or before the due date thereof, or if Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 hereof in the manner provided in the Loan Agreement or the other Loan Pg.2 Documents, as applicable, Guarantors immediately shall cause such payment to be made or each of such obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.
Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that Purchaser fails to make any payment of any Guaranteed Obligations on or before the due date thereof, or if Purchaser shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 hereof in the manner provided in the Subordinated Note, Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment to be made or each of such obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.
