Common use of Period Covered – Terms of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Period Covered – Terms of Agreement. This Agreement shall be in effect on the first teacher employment day of the 2009-2010 school year and shall continue in full force and effect through the day prior to the first day of the 2010-2011 school year.
