Period of Applicability. The Executive hereby agrees that the period during which the agreements and covenants of the Executive made in this Section 11 shall be effective shall be computed by excluding from such computation any time during which the Executive is in violation of any provision of this Section 11.

Period of Applicability. The require- ments of this section shall apply to the owner of the HTF-assisted rental hous- ing for the duration of the affordability period.
