Common use of PERIOD OF CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

PERIOD OF CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT. The term "Period of Contract Employment," as used in this Agreement, means the period beginning on March 1, 2003 and ending on the earlier of February 28, 2004 or, subject to the terms hereof, upon termination of the Executive's employment with the Company.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT. The term "“Period of Contract Employment," ” as used in this Agreement, means the period beginning on March October 1, 2003 and ending on the earlier of February 28September 30, 2004 2006 or, subject to the terms hereof, upon termination of the Executive's ’s employment with the Company.

The term "Period of Contract Employment," as used in this Agreement, means the period beginning on March 1June ___, 2003 2001 and ending on the earlier of February 28June 30, 2004 or, subject to the terms hereof, upon termination of the Executive's employment with the Company.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT. The term "Period of Contract Employment," as used in this Agreement, means the period beginning on March 1May 15, 2003 2001 and ending on the earlier of February 28June 30, 2004 or, subject to the terms hereof, upon termination of the Executive's employment with the Company. The Executive and the Company may elect to extend the Period of Contract Employment to June 30, 2007 and shall commence discussions regarding the extension of the Period of Contract Employment no later than six months prior to the expiration of the initial Period of Contract Employment.
