PERIOD OF CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT. The term "PERIOD OF CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT," as used in this Agreement, means the period beginning on the effective date of this Agreement and ending on the earlier of (a) March 31, 2005 or (b) termination of Executive's employment with the Company pursuant to Section 6 or 7 herein. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed for a like term unless written notice of termination is given as provided herein at least thirty (30) days prior to the termination of the Period of Contract Employment.
