Common use of Period of Contract Clause in Contracts

Period of Contract. The Contract will be in effect for the period commencing April 29, 2010 and ending April 29, 2012 unless otherwise terminated by law or in compliance with the terms of the Contract.

Period of Contract. The Contract will be in effect for the period commencing April 29January 7, 2010 2022 and ending April 29January 7, 2012 2023 unless an extension of time is granted by the Department, or is otherwise terminated by law or in compliance with the terms of the Contract.

Period of Contract. The Contract will be in effect for the period commencing April 29October 22, 2010 2019 and ending April 29October 22, 2012 2021 unless otherwise terminated by law or in compliance with the terms of the Contract.

Period of Contract. The Contract will be in effect for the period commencing April 29October 9, 2010 2017 and ending April 29October 9, 2012 2019 unless otherwise terminated by law or in compliance with the terms of the Contract.

Period of Contract. The Contract will be in effect for the period commencing April 29March 2, 2010 2011 and ending April 29March 2, 2012 2013, unless otherwise terminated by law or in compliance with the terms of the Contract.

Period of Contract. The Contract will be in effect for the period commencing April 298, 2010 2020 and ending April 298, 2012 2022, unless otherwise terminated by law or in compliance with the terms of the Contract. The activities to be performed by the Contractor will be completed according to the implementation schedule in the Contractor’s application, which by reference is made part of this Contract.
