Common use of Period of Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Period of Enrollment. (A) An Enrollee shall be considered enrolled with the Contractor during the months in which the Contractor receives a Capitation Payment from the Department. (B) The Contractor shall assume that an Enrollee continues to be enrolled until the Department notifies the Contractor that the Enrollee is no longer enrolled. The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying enrollment using the most current information available from the Department.
