Common use of Period of Possession Clause in Contracts

Period of Possession. The term of this Student Technology Device Use Agreement is from August 9, 2020 until the last day of distance learning, as determined by the School, unless earlier terminated by the School or upon a student’s withdrawal from the School, whichever is earlier. The Student or the School may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Student must immediately surrender to the School the assigned technology device and all accessories.

Period of Possession. The term of this Student Technology Device Use Agreement is from August 9March 26th, 2020 until the last day of distance learning, as determined by the School, unless earlier terminated by the School or upon a student’s withdrawal from the School, whichever is earlier. The Student or the School may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Student must immediately surrender to the School the assigned technology device and all accessories.

The Student or the School may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice.
