Period of Use. Each category of flight will be allocated time on a Gate according to the number of seats in the aircraft being used to operate the flight as specified in the table below.
Period of Use. Purchaser’s right to use the Novartis names and marks, the Novartis logo including the light blue triangle and other trade dress elements featured on the Product and Product packaging, leaflets and marketing material in the Territory shall expire upon the MA Transfer Date. However, Novartis shall grant Purchaser the permission, subject to local laws and regulations, to sell off Product sourced from Novartis prior to or after the MA Transfer Date. Purchaser shall immediately notify Novartis in writing regarding the MA Transfer Date.
Period of Use. The period of use of the water rights set forth in Section D.1. of this Article III is January 1 through December 31 of each year.

Period of Use. (a) Use of the Premises is limited to the scheduled league season and reasonable additional times for tournament play. The Permittee's use schedule for the calendar year must be submitted and approved by the Director of Recreation or designee prior to the start of the scheduled league season. Any use beyond what was stated and approved by the Department of Public Works is not allowed unless requested in writing and approved by the Director of Recreation or designee.
(b) Where fields are permitted concurrently to more than one Permittee, the concurrent Permittees may reach an agreement in writing between them and with the City’s knowledge and consent on the apportionment of responsibilities. In the absence of an agreement between the concurrent Permittees under terms disclosed and acceptable to the City, each Permittee’s liability under its permit shall be shared jointly and severally to the City as if the Permittee was the sole Permittee of the premises.
Period of Use. (a) Daytime Serials ⎯ Music scored for a daytime serial can be utilized in any episode of that serial that is produced within one (1) year after the music is scored, provided that the conditions set forth in (1) and (2) above, continue to be met. Music from any scoring session recorded hereunder or under the provisions of Exhibit I, Paragraph Q, of the prior Agreement, may continue to be used after the expiration of the period of one (1) year referred to in the first sentence hereof, upon payment of: forty percent (40%) for the second year; thirty-five percent (35%) for the third year; thirty percent (30%) for the fourth year; twenty- five percent (25%) for the fifth year; twenty percent (20%) for the sixth year; fifteen percent (15%) for the seventh year and each subsequent year of use of that session’s earnings to the Musicians involved. This right shall exist at least until the end of this Agreement or the completion thereafter of any annual period for any program with respect to which the annual $32,500 guarantee has been paid. The annual reuse fees are also creditable against such guarantee.
(b) Strip Game Shows ⎯ Music scored for such series can be utilized in any episode that is produced within one (1) year after the music is scored, provided the conditions set forth in (2)(b) continue to be met.
Period of Use. The use of the Facility will be: Rehearsal Date: between the hours of to Wedding Date: between the hours of to The Bride and Groom agree to include with this agreement a non-refundable reservation deposit of $25.00 made payable to CRCSJ. The reservation deposit is in addition to other fees.
Period of Use. The period of use of the water rights set forth in Section E.1. of this Article III is:
a. March 1 through October 31 of each year for the irrigation water rights set forth in Section E.1.a. of this Article III.
b. January 1 through December 31 of each year for diversion of the water right set forth in Section E.1.b. of this Article III.
c. January 1 through December 31 of each year for the water rights set forth in Section E.1.c. of this Article III.
d. As provided by State law for the water rights set forth in Sections E.1.d., and e. of this Article III.
Period of Use. This agreement shall become effective upon the date of execution by the parties and Governor and the Executive Council and shall terminate on December 31, 2033, unless terminated sooner pursuant to Part 5.
