Periodic meeting. β€Œ At the election of the Licensor, appropriate and relevant representatives from each of the Licensee and the Licensor will, within 40 Business Days of the end of each Reporting Period, meet at the address of the Licensor set out in item 1 of the Details Schedule, or remotely if otherwise agreed by the parties, to review the progress of the Commercialisation of the Licensed IPR.
