Periodic Review of Services. From time to time during the term of this Agreement, but not less frequently than once each month, the parties shall meet and discuss the nature, quality, and level of Services covered by this Agreement, any concerns either party may have in regard to such matters, and any amendments either party may wish to make to the Services specified in Exhibit A.
