Permanent Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee. There shall be established a joint committee composed of three representatives of the Company and three representatives of the Union. The Committee's responsibilities will be: (a) To monitor and assess results of the ongoing Training Program for Occupational Health and Safety Committees. This course, which was developed in consultation with the Workers' Compensation Board, and which may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement, will provide a training program for members of Occupational Health and Safety Committees dealing with the objectives and duties of such committees, and; (b) To coordinate and review the implementation of the Policy on establishment and operation of Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees; and to receive reports from and resolve matters referred by these committees.
