Permanent Modified Work Assignment Sample Clauses

Permanent Modified Work Assignment. Should the district have an operational need to permanently change a bargaining unit employee’s work schedule, the district shall first attempt to fulfill this need voluntarily. If the District is unable to fulfill this need, the District will change the work schedule of the least senior employee in the department or classification depending on the operation need. The district shall provide at least fifteen (15) working days’ notice prior to the change. The member has the opportunity to meet with their supervisor if this causes a hardship.
