Permanent Teachers Clause Samples

The 'Permanent Teachers' clause defines the status, rights, and obligations of teachers who hold permanent positions within an educational institution. It typically outlines the criteria for attaining permanent status, such as completion of a probationary period or meeting certain performance standards, and may specify benefits like job security, eligibility for promotions, and access to certain employment protections. This clause ensures clarity regarding employment terms for permanent staff and helps distinguish their rights and responsibilities from those of temporary or contract teachers, thereby promoting stability and fairness in staffing.
