Permit Applications and Process. The City and Redstone shall jointly prepare and submit all necessary municipal, state and federal permit applications required for the approval of the Project and shall present such applications to the applicable governmental authority. The City has engaged Xxxxxx & King (the “Project Engineers”) as the project engineering firm who, along with GBA, will assist in the permitting process. Each party’s responsibility for the cost and expense for the Project Engineers and permit costs shall be set forth on the Payment Schedule. Both the City and Redstone shall actively participate during the Permit Phase and shall execute permit applications and attend informational meetings, pre-permitting meetings and public hearings, as requested. During the Permit Phase, each party shall review and approve any material permit conditions with respect to the design of the Project that would substantially or adversely affect the construction, development, cost and operation of the Project, as contemplated by this Agreement. The parties shall undertake such reasonable efforts to ensure permits are obtained in accordance with the target dates set forth on the Project Schedule. Redstone understands that the City’s Development Review Board is an independent body that will make its own evaluation of the Project under applicable zoning requirements and that the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be binding on the Development Review Board or its committees.

  • Application Process The employees wishing to enter into a job share arrangement will apply in writing to the Employer and forward a copy to the Union outlining the proposed commencement date of the job share, how the hours and days of work will be shared and how communication and continuity of work will be maintained. The Employer shall communicate a decision on a job share request in writing to the applicants. Applications to Job Sharing shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Execution of Change Orders Change Orders shall be signed by the Contractor, ordinarily certified by the Design Professional, and approved by the Owner in accordance with the form of Change Order prescribed by the Owner. No request for payment by the Contractor for a Change Order shall be due, nor shall any such request appear on an Application for Payment, until the Change Order is executed by the Owner. In the event of emergency (see Article 1.4.4) or significant impact to the Overall Project Schedule, the Owner shall direct the Change Order to proceed upon a Force Account until the cost and time is resolved in the manner set forth in Paragraph 3.2.7.3 below.

  • Effect of Addenda, Bulletins, and Change Orders No special implication, interpretation, construction, connotation, denotation, import, or meaning shall be assigned to any provision of the Contract Documents because of changes created by the issuance of any (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order other than the precise meaning that the Contract Documents would have had if the provision thus created had read originally as it reads subsequent to the (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order by which it was created.

  • Project Monitoring by the State The State may conduct on-site or off-site monitoring reviews of the Project during the term of this Grant Agreement and for up to ninety (90) days after it expires or is otherwise terminated. The Grantee shall extend its full cooperation and give full access to the Project site and to relevant documentation to the State or its authorized designees for the purpose of determining, among other things:

  • Mandate Letter language The Funder will receive a Mandate Letter from the Ministry annually. Each Mandate Letter articulates areas of focus for the Funder, and the Ministry’s expectation that the Funder and health service providers it funds will collaborate to advance these areas of focus. To assist the HSP in its collaborative efforts with the Funder, the Funder will share each relevant Mandate Letter with the HSP. The Funder may also add local obligations to Schedule D as appropriate to further advance any priorities set put in a Mandate Letter.

  • Principles of cooperation The Parties shall apply the following principles to cooperation activities covered by this Agreement:

  • Modification of Licensed Materials The Participating Institutions or the Authorized Users shall not modify or manipulate the Licensed Materials without the prior written permission of the Licensor.

  • Technical Documentation Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer the technical documentation as specified in the Employer’s Requirements. The Works or Section shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking- over under sub-clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Engineer has received the technical documentation as defined in this sub-clause 5.7, the "history file" including design calculations and certain certification as well as any other documents required to meet the CE Marking requirements.

  • Precedence of Documentation In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the Schedules, or between any of the Schedules, the conflict shall be resolved according to the following descending order of priority:

  • TECHNICAL GUIDANCE LETTERS In the sole discretion of the System Agency, and in conformance with federal and state law, the System Agency may issue instructions, clarifications, or interpretations as may be required during work performance in the form of a Technical Guidance Letter (TGL). A TGL must be in writing, and may be delivered by regular mail, electronic mail, or facsimile transmission. Any TGL issued by the System Agency will be incorporated into the Contract by reference for all purposes when it is issued.
