Target Dates definition

Target Dates means dates established for the completion and transmission of Secondary Documents. Target Dates are not subject to dispute resolution and they are not Milestones.
Target Dates means the target dates listed in Exhibit B for completion of --------- various aspects of the work to be undertaken by the Parties pursuant to this Agreement, as such list may be modified and updated from time to time by written agreement of the Parties.

  • The statutory rules require the SSO to offer firm Working Gas Capacity and the right to use corresponding injection and withdrawal capacities to the person responsible for the market area (Marktgebietsverantwortlicher) to the extent required to achieve the Target Filling Levels at the relevant Target Dates.

  • The SSO shall inform the Storage Customer as soon as reasonably possible after any change to the applicable Target Dates and Target Filling Levels.

  • Where this Agreement refers to Target Dates and corresponding Target Filling Levels, such references are to be understood as references to the Target Dates and Target Filling Levels as set out in the regulatory provisions applicable to the relevant Storage Year (dynamische Verweise).

More Definitions of Target Dates

Target Dates means the:
Target Dates has the meaning given to it in Article 2.1(b).
Target Dates means any of December 31, in each of 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006, and "LAST TARGET DATE" means December 31, 2006;
Target Dates means the dates by which the Milestones ------------ shall be completed as specified in Exhibit C hereto. --------- 1.22 "Technical Information" shall mean documentation, including, --------------------- without limitation, drawings, schematics and other written descriptive materials (or object code versions stored on magnetic or other media) for the Products, including any technical information set forth in the Product Statement of Work or otherwise in existence from time to time.
Target Dates means the dates established in good faith by the Parties, in accordance with Section 1(b)(i) hereof (and as revised from time to time as provided in that Section), as Landlord’s estimated dates for the Substantial Completion of Base Project Work/Laboratory Work and Substantial Completion of TI Work; provided, however, that in no event shall the Target Date for Substantial Completion of Base Project Work/Laboratory Work or the TI Work, as applicable, be established beyond the applicable Outside Delivery Date unless otherwise approved by Tenant in writing, in Tenant’s sole discretion. As used in this Work Letter, “Substantial Completion” (or any variation or derivation thereof) shall mean that Landlord shall have achieved (or caused to be achieved) Substantial Completion of Base Project Work/Laboratory Work (as defined herein) and Substantial Completion of TI Work (as defined herein). The achievement of both Substantial Completion of Base Project Work/Laboratory Work and Substantial Completion of TI Work is called the “Substantial Completion of the Project”. Possession of the Laboratory Space shall be delivered to Tenant not later than ten (10) days following Substantial Completion of Base Project Work/Laboratory Work; and possession of the entire Leased Property shall be delivered to Tenant not later than ten (10) days following Substantial Completion of the Project; but in each case not later than the applicable Outside Delivery Date.
Target Dates means the estimated dates of the Services as set forth in the applicable SOW.
