Common use of Permit Cards Clause in Contracts

Permit Cards. a) Should the Union at any time be unable to furnish competent help when requested by the Company, the Company shall be permitted to hire other employees temporarily on permit cards as long as such employment does not cause any lay off to the regular Union members.
