Permits, Fees, Licenses. The contractor shall secure and pay for all permits, governmental fees and licenses necessary for the proper execution of the work. The contractor shall give all notices and comply with all laws, regulations and orders of any public authority bearing on the performance of the work. Permits, Fees, Licenses. The Construction Manager shall obtain and pay for all permits, fees and licenses necessary and ordinary for the Work. The Construction Manager shall comply with all lawful requirements applicable to the Work and shall give and maintain any and all notices required by applicable law pertaining to the Work.
