Permitted Business Investments. Investments received as a result of a foreclosure by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries with respect to any secured Investment in default;
Permitted Business Investments. Investments of a Restricted Subsidiary of the Company acquired after the Original Issue Date or of a entity merged or consolidated with or into the Company or such Restricted Subsidiary in a transaction that is not prohibited by the covenant described in Section 5.01 of the First Supplemental Indenture after the Original Issue Date to the extent that such Investments were not made in contemplation of such acquisition, merger or consolidation and were in existence on the date of such acquisition, merger or consolidation; and
Permitted Business Investments payroll, travel and similar advances to cover matters that are expected at the time of such advances ultimately to be treated as expenses for accounting purposes and that are made in the ordinary course of business;
Permitted Business Investments. For purposes of determining compliance with this definition, (A) an Investment need not be incurred solely by reference to one category of Permitted Investments described in this definition but is permitted to be incurred in part under any combination thereof and of any other available exemption and (B) in the event that an Investment (or any portion thereof) meets the criteria of one or more of the categories of Permitted Investments, the Company will, in its sole discretion, classify or reclassify such Investment (or any portion thereof) in any manner that complies with this definition and Section 4.07.
Permitted Business Investments receivables owing to the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary created or acquired in the ordinary course of business and payable or dischargeable in accordance with customary trade terms; provided, however, that such trade terms may include such concessionary trade terms as the Company or any such Restricted Subsidiary deems reasonable under the circumstances;
Permitted Business Investments guarantees of Indebtedness of the Parent Guarantor or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries permitted in accordance with Section 1008;
Permitted Business Investments. Investments intended to promote the Company's strategic objectives in the Oil and Gas Business in an aggregate amount not to exceed $50.0 million at any one time outstanding, measured as of the date such Investments are made, without giving effect to any subsequent changes in value (which Investments shall be deemed no longer outstanding only upon the return of capital thereof);
Permitted Business Investments any Person where such Investment was acquired by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries (a) in exchange for any other Investment or accounts receivable held by the Company or any such Restricted Subsidiary in connection with or as a result of a bankruptcy, workout, reorganization or recapitalization of the issuer of such other Investment or accounts receivable or (b) as a result of a foreclosure by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries with respect to any secured Investment or other transfer of title with respect to any secured Investment in default;
Permitted Business Investments loans or advances to employees of the Partnership or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries that are approved by a majority of the disinterested members of the Board of Directors of the General Partner, in an aggregate principal amount of $5.0 million at any one time outstanding;
Permitted Business Investments. Investments in any units of any oil and gas royalty trust;
