Other Investment means a Consolidated Business or UJV that does not own primarily Real Property Assets or publicly traded securities, including, without limitation, those entities more particularly set forth on Schedule 2 attached hereto.

More Definitions of Other Investment

Other Investment means any investment not defined as a permissible investment in (a) of this subsection.

Other Investment means the purchase, acquisition or investment by a Series SPV in (i) notes, drafts, acceptances, open accounts receivable or other obligations representing part or all of the sales price of merchandise, insurance or services; or (ii) mortgages and other liens on and interests in real estate.
