Permitted Withdrawals and Transfers from the Certificate Account. (a) The Trustee will, from time to time on demand of the Master Servicer, make or cause to be made such withdrawals or transfers from the Certificate Account as the Master Servicer has designated for such transfer or withdrawal as specified in a certificate signed by a Servicing Officer (upon which the Trustee may conclusively rely) for the following purposes (limited in the case of amounts due the Master Servicer to those not withdrawn from the Protected Account in accordance with the terms of this Agreement):
