Common use of Perpetual Licenses through Software Assurance Clause in Contracts

Perpetual Licenses through Software Assurance. Any perpetual Licenses received through Software Assurance supersede and replace the underlying perpetual Licenses for which that Software Assurance coverage was ordered. All perpetual Licenses acquired under this agreement remain subject to the terms of this agreement and the applicable Product Use Rights.
