Common use of Perquisites, Benefits, and Other Compensation Clause in Contracts

Perquisites, Benefits, and Other Compensation. During the term of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, and subject to the express provisions of this Article II, Executive will be entitled to receive perquisites and benefits provided by the Company to its senior executive employees, subject to the eligibility criteria related to such perquisites and benefits, and to such changes, additions, or deletions to such perquisites and benefits as the Company may make from time to time, as well as such other perquisites or benefits as may be specified from time to time at the sole discretion of the Board.

During While employed by the term of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, Company and subject to the express provisions of this Article II, Executive will be entitled to receive perquisites and benefits provided by the Company to its senior executive employees, subject to the eligibility criteria related to such perquisites and benefits, and to such changes, additions, or deletions to such perquisites and benefits as the Company may make from time to time, as well as such other perquisites or benefits as may be specified from time to time at the sole discretion of the Board.
