Common use of Perquisites; Expenses Clause in Contracts

Perquisites; Expenses. The Company agrees to promptly reimburse Executive for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive in performing his duties pursuant to this Agreement, in accordance with Company’s reimbursement policies generally applicable to senior management. During the Term of this Agreement, Company agrees to provide Executive with such perquisites as are generally made available to senior management from time to time, including the perquisites provided as of the date the Board of Directors approves this Agreement.
