PERS BENEFIT. The District will participate in the PERS plan known as “Local Miscellaneous 2% at 55” and as modified by PERS. For employees first hired on or after January 1, 2013, and not otherwise eligible for another plan, the District will participate in the PERS plan known as “Local Miscellaneous 2% at 62” and as modified by PERS.
