Personal Appearances. No Player shall be disciplined because of his personal appearance, including hair length, facial hair or dress, provided however, that the Member Clubs in the C.F.L. may make and enforce reasonable Rules governing Players’ appearance on the field, in public places when representing the Club and when travelling with the Club.
