PERSONAL, CARERS AND BEREAVEMENT LEAVE. 24.1 Full-Time employees are entitled to 10 days of Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave in respect of each completed year of service. 24.1.1 Permanent Part-Time employees will accrue a pro-rata proportion of that amount, based on an employee’s nominal hours; ie divide the employee’s nominal hours by 26 to calculate the employee’s hours of Personal Leave accrual per week.
