Payment for Personal. Xxxxx’s and Bereavement Leave will be paid at the rate of 1/5th of the Base Weekly rate set out in the Table in Clause 9.1 in respect of each day of such leave or 1/38th of the Base Weekly rate set out in the Table in Clause 9.1 in respect of each hour of such leave.
Payment for Personal. Xxxxx’s and Bereavement Leave will be paid at the rate of 1/5th of the Agreement Flat Weekly rate set out in the Table in Clause 9.5 in respect of each day of such leave or 1/38th of the Agreement Flat Weekly rate set out in the Table in Clause 9.5 in respect of each hour of such leave.
16.2.1. If an employee, at the time of signing this Agreement, elected to be paid at the Holiday Loading Rates as set out in the table in clause 9.6, then the employee is already paid in advance for their Personal/Carer’s Leave through their Agreement Flat rate.
Payment for Personal. Xxxxx’s Leave shall be based on the hours normally worked by the employee if the employee had worked during that period.
Payment for Personal. Carer’s Leave will be made at the applicable rate of pay as defined in Appendix B.
Payment for Personal. Carer’s Leave will be made at the applicable/ default CHR (including shift allowance for alternating shift workers, where applicable) - based on 7 hours per day (as set out in Attachment A).
Payment for Personal. Xxxxx’s leave will be made at the applicable WHR of pay (as set out in Attachment A) the Employee receives immediately before the period of Personal/Xxxxx’s leave commences. An Employee is entitled to take any amount of paid personal/Xxxxx’s leave that has accrued for the purposes of personal leave. An Employee is entitled to access their accrued Personal/Xxxxx’s leave to a maximum of 1/12th of the nominal hours worked by the Employee in the preceding 12-month period for the purpose of Xxxxx’s leave, i.e. 10 days. An Employee will not be entitled to paid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave for any period during which they are entitled to workers’ compensation payments.
Payment for Personal. Carer’s Leave will be at the base daily rate of pay. Employees are not entitled to sick leave for any period in respect of which they are entitled to Workers’ Compensation.
