Personal Client Information. The AAA agrees that personal information relating to individuals who apply for or receive services pursuant to this Plan shall be kept confidential by the AAA and shared on a need-to-know basis only with AAA and contractor staff for purposes of providing programs and services. Such information can be shared with entities outside those involved in delivering programs and service only with the informed consent of the individual served or pursuant to a court order or when there is deemed to be actual and immediate danger to the health or welfare of the individual.
