Personal Data: Location of Data Processing. In order for 3DS to provide the Online Services, Customer appoints 3DS as Processor and agrees that Personal Data provided by Customer may be transferred to, stored, accessed, and Processed in any country in which 3DS or its Sub- Processor are located. 3DS will ensure that equivalent data protection obligations as set forth in this Agreement will be imposed on its Sub-Processor by way of a written agreement and/or the standard contractual clauses from the European Commission, as applicable, in such a manner that the Processing will address the requirements of the Applicable Data Protection Legislation.
