The Client is aware that the processing of the End Users’ Personal Data must be based on appropriate conditions of lawfulness, depending on the purpose that it intends to pursue as data controller. The Client therefore represents and warrants that the recipients’ Personal Data shall be processed for lawful purposes and on the basis of appropriate conditions of lawfulness, in full compliance with the Applicable Personal Data Protection Legislation.
